HELLO, 2-208!
Welcome to our new blog! (CLICK on the red word blog to find out what it means.) Today we're going to start a new unit on farm animals. We're going to learn so much about cows, pigs, sheep and other barnyard animals. I'm so excited, let's get started!
Oh, wait! Before we start, I have to give you an exciting news bulletin! A flying saucer has landed on a farm in Queens! A creature has come from another planet and he wants to talk to us. Let's listen to what he has to say.

Well, class, we have our work cut out for us. Do you think we can teach Zork about farm animals? First, we'll have to find out why some animals are farm animals and some are not. Then, we'll take a close look at 5 farm animals--cows, pigs, sheep, goats, and chickens--and describe them. Finally, all the information we gather we'll present in a slideshow on this blog for all the world--and even somebody from out of this world--to see!
